Water project for the villagers in Makulubita Sub-County, Luweero district in Uganda
Aim and Goal of the Project:
Construction of 7 water wells for 30000 people in the villages of Makulubita Sub-County, within a radius of 20km.
Problem Statement
In Makulubita Sub-County, Luweero district in rural parts of Uganda, around 30000 people, including their cattle and goats depend on 3 Boreholes. Unfortunately they break down so often and cannot supply the people with the necessary and needed clean drinking water. Water is a vital food, a main component in all organisms, a politicized and endangered commodity. Water has a serious intrinsically dynamic force, has a cleansing effect, for us human beings. Without our support, this village has a problem, that water-borne diseases proliferate and more children become ill thereof.
